Changes have to be implemented in the "M-PESA Import Plugin (XLS)" and not in
the deprecated "M-PESA Loan Disbursement Plugin (XLS)".
Most of the features from the spec. is already implemented. What is left to
implement:
- FR#1.9 - disbursing loans
- FR#1.13 - adding "Total amount of disbursements imported" to a summary
Disbursing loans is already implemented in the deprecated "M-PESA Loan
Disbursement Plugin (XLS)" (together with needed validations) and should be
extracted from it.
