Almost all acceptance criteria are fulfilled except that there are two bugs:
- There isn't any validation while importing file with two identical rows. New
issue has been created for that bug MIFOS-4564
- There is an incorrect error message while importing file with missing
required data. New issue has been created for that bug MIFOS-4565
