'Client status' report has some minor issues:
- in every table with data there should be blue line which separates row with
Group Total from row with client data
- there should be also a thin navy line at the bottom of the report which
separates page footer from the rest of data on the page
- there should be space after word Page in the page counter -> now is 'Page1 /
3', should be 'Page 1 / 3'
- Clients without Center are not displayed in that report
