It is possible to attach fees with the types 'Fee as a % of interest' and 'Fee
as a % of interest + loan amount' to Loan product with Variable Installments.
According to the specification attaching these types of fees to Loan product
with Variable Installments should be not allowed.
Repro:
1. Login to Mifos.
2. Go to 'Admin' tab.
3. Click on 'Define new Loan product' link.
4. Fill all necessary fields, check 'Can configure variable installments'
checkbox, set interest type: Declining Balance.
5. Attach administrative fees with the types 'Fee as a % of interest' and 'Fee
as a % of interest + loan amount'.
6. Make sure that all mandatory fields are filled out and then click 'Preview'
button.
7. Validation messages appear that attaching these types of fees is not allowed.
8. Click 'Preview' button again.
Expected result:
Validation messages appear once again.
Actual result:
No messages appear and it is possible to continue and create Loan product.
