After setting option 'ProcessFlow.LoanPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false' and
'ProcessFlow.SavingsPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false' options are set in
custom properties file, approval buttons are incorrectly named.
Repro:
1. Set 'ProcessFlow.LoanPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false' and
'ProcessFlow.SavingsPendingApprovalStateEnabled=false' in custom properties
file.
2. Use Clean database.
3. Login to Mifos.
4. Create office, loan officer, center, group, client, loan product and savings
product.
5. Create Loan account and Savings account and notice that approval buttons are
incorrectly named.
6. In Loan account creation flow, button is named 'Save for approval' but
should be 'Approved'.
7. In Savings account creation flow, button is named 'Approve' but should be
'Approved'.
