1) I agree that there is a problem with the close button visibility. this is
due to the jquery.ui framework in Mifos.
2) I like the complete removal of update button idea.
3) I am not getting the point here, I think adding a new column for amount may
be specific to the calls which actually passes amount, it's a generic
interception of any write REST call, this won't be applicable to methods which
does not send amount but does some write operation which probably does not
exist right now. e.g. Approval of loan, creating client. I think we should be
good without that new column.
