It will be helpful to add button "Back to previous page" on pages:
1. Define Lookup Options,
Repro:
a) click on "Admin" button
b) choose "Define Lookup Options" link
2. See all notes (Customers/System users/Accounts)
Repro:
a) choose any Customer/System user/Account
b) click on link "See all notes"
