Currently, if you use historical data functionality, then it is not possible to
adjust the last payment when account is in Closed-Obligation met status.
Repro:
1. Go to Loan account with Flat interest.
2. Click 'Apply adjustment' link.
3. Modify any payment.
4. Repay Loan.
6. Apply adjustment to any payment.
Expected result:
Payment is adjusted and Loan has status before full repayment.
Actual result:
Payment is not adjusted and status is still Closed-Obligation met.
