Currently principal pre-payments do not work with past transaction adjustments.
Past pre-payments are applied as normal payments.
This also affects pre-payments that come after the adjusted payment.
Repro:
1. Create a loan account
2. Disburse
3. Make a principal pre-payment
4. Adjust the pre-payment details i.e. the amount
Expected result:
Pre-payment is adjusted and reapplied as a principal pre-payment
Actual result:
Pre-payment is adjusted and reapplied as a normal payment, other pre-payments
that come after that are also applied as normal payments.
