Unable to cancel applying charges after viewing details of client charges.
Stack trace appears.
Repro:
# choose any client
# click on "view details" link
# click on "Apply charges" link
# click on "Cancel" button
Actual result:
When user want to cancel operation stack trace appears
Expected result:
User is able to cancel operation properly.
