Dropdown menu possitions are not displayed properly under Internet Explorer.
Repro:
# Click on 'Admin'
# Choose 'Define new system user' and choose any office
# Go for example to 'Martial status' dropdown and choose
Actual Result:
Dropdown menu list is filled by names from database

Expected Result
Dropdown menu list is filled with martial status options
