Description:
Dropdown menu positions are not displayed properly when Custom language is
different than English.
Repro:
# Go to .mifos folder and find applicationConfiguration.custom.properties file
# Change in this file Localization.LanguageCode and Localization.CountryCode
values from English to for example French or Spanish
# Login to Mifos
# Click on 'Admin'
# Choose 'Define new system user' and choose any office
# Go for example to 'Marital status' dropdown and choose

Dropdown menu list is filled by names from database
