If the chrome browser language is not English. In Mifos X - If it is not the English language, date is not recognized it throws an error message as Date format is not correct.
Steps to reproduce:-
1) In Chrome - Select language as Spanish - Espanol & then save and close the browser.
2) In Mifos X - Select language as Espanol & then refresh the page.
3) Create a new office - It will throw an error message as "Invalid date format".
