Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome - > Settings -> Show advanced settings ->Language and input settings ->Add -> Spanish - Spanish language will get displayed under languages. Then Click on Spanish -> Display google chrome in this language and click on use this language for spell checking and select checkbox offer to translate pages in this language -> Click on done.
Now the language got changed to spanish.
Now created Office as per above scenario and working as expected
