SEM, the MFI I work with, is small. It has two branches and just a few loan officers. With so few loan officers, when one is absent the loan officer filling in for them may be one assigned to a different branch. However, Mifos does not allow users signed in as a loan officer of one branch to access customers of another branch. Neither does Mifos allow loan officers to be assigned to the headquarters. Is there a way to allow loan officers to access customers outside of their assigned branch without giving them administrative privileges or an alternative login?
