Dear people of this MIFOS list:
I am new on MIFOS, and I am looking for documentation where I could find
some concepts and know if some features are implemented or not, like:
Where is the definition of what is a Kendra ? A Group ? A Center ?
Where is specified how much visibility has each user over the existing loans
and office hierarchy ?
Can the Country be changed without code re-compilation ?
Exists a cashier or teller screen, where a customer could pay for his loan
at a MFI office ?
Can a loan be re-structurated ? (for example, if one month I cannot pay)
How can the chart of accounts be changed after the system setup ?
Can be defined a loan or savings product in a different currency (for
example, USD and Euros) ?
I am not expecting an answer for these questions, they are just examples of
my ignorance; what I would like to know is where to look for them. Because
the user manual and other documentation I found do not explain such topics.
