Ok, I was able to replicate those two first issues (Disbursal before loan
approval and payment before disbursal date). I didn¹t test the third issue.
Thinking about it, I think that is the expected behavior for disbursing
loans before loan approval and client approval. The reason being that you
may be late in entering a client or loan into the mifos system, so you are
actually entering it today but the disbursal had happened last week. In
that case, you would want that functionality. Also, for the disbursing
before a loan approval, you can¹t do it earlier than the last meeting date
for the client.
For example, a loan is set to disburse on Oct 26th. You created it today
(Oct 21st) so you could disburse it on the previous meeting date, Oct 19th,
but not earlier than that.
Making a payment BEFORE a disbursal, though, seems like a bug.
