Loojah, Why did you change applicationContext.xml? I have never known anyone to do that, nor known us to advise anyone to do that so I can't really comment on what affect that may or may not have on the application. This may be the cause of your error. Did you make these changes before you started having this error (ie, right before you started having issues, or a long time before - or rather, did you make these changes before the first time you created a loan product)?
As for mifosChartofAccounts.xml, did you make those changes before you started Mifos up for the first time or after Mifos was running. If after it was running, what changes did you make. Last thing I can think of is to: 1. Shut down mifos 2. Delete the localhost folder under Tomcat/work/Catalina We have found some strange issues with functionality that can sometimes be resolved by deleting that directory. Have you updated Mifos recently?
