Loojah,

I have a new idea on why you may be getting this error. Did you have more
than one browser window open when you were getting this error?

I basically ran into that exact same error and I was triggering it when I
was opening up the same view in a second window.

IE
1. I'd be viewing a client and click on "Edit Personal Information"
2. I would then start the process to create a new client

Then as I was navigating, I would get that error you described, which as far
as I can guess means that if I have the same jsp open, its creating some
kind of conflict and throwing an error maybe? (even those are different
actions, I think they are the same jsp at least).

Or on the flip side if you don't have two browser windows open, is more than
one person using the account you were? If so, maybe both of you had that
page open and that was causing the error.

Why did you change applicationContext.xml? I have never known anyone

As for mifosChartofAccounts.xml, did you make

Last thing

Have you updated
