Some weeks ago i run across a similar problem. Maybe you'll have to put some
more memory available to jvm. I am using JAVA_OPTS="-Xms1024m -Xmx1024m
-XX:PermSize=64m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m" and no memory problems since the
change. It might be the case that u need to upgrade your memory.
But according to http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/PermGenOutOfMemory,
mifos demos server is using -Xmx512m
-XX:MaxPermSize?<http://www.mifos.org/developers/wiki/PermGenOutOfMemory/createform?page=MaxPermSize>=256m
. Also look to tomcat logs.
