I¹m guessing this question was unrelated to my previous mail?  If you are
posting a new thread, please create a new mail in the future instead of
responding to a current thread.  It makes tracking difficult.

That said, you can make payments before today if
* You have turned on the ability to make back dated transactions
* The center meeting is not today ­ The CSE only allows entry on the last
center meeting that has happened.  For example, if the meetings are on
Monday and I¹m doing entry on a Friday, it would be set for the previous
Monday.  If for example I was doing the entry on a Monday, I could only do
the bulk entry for that Monday and not the previous one.

All back dated transactions are limited this way, not just in the bulk
entry.
