Dear all,
To clarify on the requirements,
CTT Fee is being charged as a re-fundable fee by the MFI as a percentage
of the disbursement amount and is setup as a fee on the loan product.
Hence this fee will be applicable for every loan which a client has. Now
if a Client is dropped from the Organization, this fees needs to be
refunded back to the client. ( Will have to sum up all the fees
collected from the client during the lifetime ) and provide a single
refund to the client.
We are looking for approaches to handle this within MIFOS ? ( for the
existing clients and the new clients who may be signed up). Any
suggestions/pointers will be helpful?

Hi All,
We design a Loan Product including two fees i.e. Loan processing
Fee and CTT.
As per our organisation policy the CTT fee should be refundable to the
corresponding client, when the client left out the organisation.
Can anybody help us, How we can refundable the CTT amount to the
Client.
