No current automated process. :(

I would just record the deposits going forward and make note of it in your
accounting system.  If need be, if you need to call out the specific
deposits as being something other than the client paying the fee, you could
create a new payment type, say ³Internal Transfer², so at least you could
track which transactions were related to that action.
