For me, every center/loan officer/default date that appears on the Collection Sheet Entry parameter page works to generate a populated BIRT Collection Sheet report.
A couple of questions: - are you running the BIRT report on the same instance that Mifos - in other words, I assume you don't have a reporting server or another instance of Mifos that points to a reporting database? - Did this report used to work and stopped working?
