This is an old thread, but thought I'd respond.

First off, the configuration for "Number of days in advance the collection
sheet should be generated" is no longer supported.  Nothing needs to be run
to populate the report.

Requirements for running the report would be that you have centers and you
are running it for a scheduled center meeting.  One thing that may be
causing issues (And sorry that I can't remember), is if you are using LSIM.
If you are and the dates for a loan do not land on the center meeting date,
the collection sheet probably won't work (or at least that's an unsupported
scenario for that report).
