Its not default behaviour, all the reports you mentioned are datawarehouse
reports (except the Active Loan Summary Per Branch). The couple I looked
at all had criteria including bad standing loans (doesn't mean it runs
right though).
I would probably need a specific example and a copy of the mifos database
(john dot woodlock at gmail.com) to check out any inconsistencies.
