Hi Chris/Vu Tien,

In the Debian package, the location of the community app has changed. All
the contents of community app like index.html should be under
/var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/ROOT. Can you try https://localhost ? What is the
output of

ls -l /var/lib/tomcat7/webapps/ROOT

If you get index.html and folders like bower_components, images, scripts,
styles then it's installed under / itself :)
Of course, if you prefer you can still have it under /community-app by
copying it there under ROOT.
