Hello Ed, Yes, this happens many times.
The solution is to attach two accounts to any of the borrower 1. Loan account 2. Ledger account. Means any transaction which is not a part of Loan account, will be done in ledger account soon it required than pass a journal voucher. Let me know if you don't understand.
