Francis is right, for heavy, non sequential and interdependent data
imports, use REST APIs, and perhaps create a mechanism to track and audit
the import exercise with an event sourcing layer if NPPI migration is
involved.

The workbooks in the bulk import tool are limiting for date formats,
decimal places etc.
