That's a really good question. The Mikrotik defaults will set it up to do
user master and slave ports, but still has to bridge between wlan1 and
master port so there is still a bridge. That's not the only reason I don't
like using that setup. I like to know what's going on at a glance; the
master slave port setup show all traffic to the master port. It's like the
slave ports are doing nothing, That doesn't help me know where traffic is
coming from and going to on those switched ports.
