Chris, May not be your problem but I had two towers that were repeatedly having rx signal strength over all clients on that tower degrading over time. It appears that it was static buildup on omnis from pacwireless even though we had the usual grounding and lightening protection installed. We installed pom poms on those and that took care of our problem. Basically the pom pom that we installed is a length of copper wire such as used for grounding of electrical boxes with many short pieces soldered at one end making it look like a porcupine. That stuck up above the omni perhaps 6 inches to a foot. The rest of it runs down the omni and attaches to the tower which is grounded.
