There are several benefits to running WPA on your access points.  Some
businesses who are regulated by those that do no understand our
technology (pharmacies fit this category) find some comfort in the fact
that their link is encrypted.  Another benefit is that it makes it more
difficult for those that would steal service to do so.
WPA and WPA2 have caused me nothing but problems from the get-go and i would just rather get rid of it.

This is certainly a negative reality that happens when you use some
clients and WPA.
