Funny you'd say that to a trainer. :-) This is EXACTLY why I am using
IPV6 here in the house. ;-) I'll be sure to keep everyone posted.

There are 2 unique problems from what I can tell. The first one
revolves around exactly how you configure the webserver to listen on
IPV6 addresses. You can create a webserver that listens on a single
socket for either ipv4 OR ipv6 requests OR you can allow your webserver
to listen for ipv4 on one socket and ipv6 on another socket. For me,
because I am not hosting more than about 20 sites, it is of little
relevance, since all I had to do is configure the webserver with a
little higher number of child processes to handle the load.

The second problem is not so much one of "weirdness", but something to
be aware of. It is important to note that IPV6 addresses will almost
always be "public", routed addresses (no more NAT). Because of this,
you will have to be MUCH more security oriented to operate ipv6. I'm
working on my IPV6 firewall implementation now, so those that wish to
experiment can do so without fear of attacks (and the attacks ARE OUT
THERE).
