It isn't clear exactly what you need. Are you asking how to route that
/29 to some customers, or how to add them to your router? Are you going
to do 1:1 NAT for the 4 customers who need the public IPs? /29 is not
many IP addresses (just 5 "usable"). Did your ISP give you a full /29,
or did they say use x.x.x.x/29 and gateway of x.x.x.x?
