RouterOS only supports MLPPP client as far as I'm aware.  You'd be
best looking at building 3 x EoIP tunnels and then bonding those at
each end - with the bonding interface you can choose how to share the
traffic, either hashed or round robin.  If you try round robin and the
latency is different across the circuits the performance is likely to
be horrible.
