We could start by creating a module for Storage/StorageProvider because I think
that storage does not have any dependencies on the rest of Mime4j and a module
should be very straightforward therefore.
Later we could try to separate the parser and ContentHandler from our DOM
implementation (MessageBuilder, Message and so on). This is probably a bit more
tricky..
