Patch applied, many thanks.
There's one thing I've changed: constructor MimeIOException(MimeException)
allows for a null cause in order to be compliant with the general contract of
Exception(Throwable).
I'll resolve the issue. Nathan, could you please close it if you are satisfied
with the solution?
