And after users are used to POP3, they get lost with the differences. I just had a user that asked me why when he deleted and then purged mail, it didn't go into the deleted folder. I had to tell him that the deleted folder is a trash can, not a storage location, and wanted to tell him to look up "purge" in the dictionary. --
