Using ffmpeg.exe try to encode this file: <http://rogerdpack.t28.net/incoming/sintel.mpg> with this command: ffmpeg -y -i sintel.mpg -pass 1 -t 75 -c:v libx264 -an nul.mp4 This produces the dead-lock for me.
