With r6277 the wine-gecko and wine-mono failures are resolved.

As mentioned earlier the qt5-qtbase build failure was already resolved by
patching qt5-qtbase.

The qt5-qtsystems issue turned out to be caused by a local patch
we were carrying in qt5-qtbase because of compatibility issues with DBus.
This used to work before mingw-w64 r6110, but things started to break after
this commit.
As the compatibility issues were resolved recently in upstream DBus the
local patch in qt5-qtbase can now be dropped safely and qt5-qtsystems can
now be built properly again: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66493

So the only one remaining right now is tk, but a workaround for that one was
found as well.
I'm waiting on input from Jon_Y on whether this should be fixed inside
mingw-w64-headers or in tk itself.

Once the tk issue is fixed I think we're good to go for releasing v3.0 release
candidate tarballs.

When these release candidate tarballs are prepared I plan on doing one more
final complete test mass rebuild
to be absolutely sure that we've got everything taken care of and no new
regressions were introduced.
This full test mass rebuild will take about 36 hours so it should be possible
to have final test results
on Sunday morning (depending on when RC tarballs will be released) after which
the final release can be prepared.

Regards,

Erik
