Hi, I asked about the possibility on IRC about a few months ago, but the answer is not positive in my view. Recently I got some reports that some packages from others distro will depend on mingw-w64 on riscv64 arch. So I think it is better to support riscv64 from upstream.
The patch I have submitted to Debian[0] is very simple but it can be built. If there is more to do please let me know, thanks.
