Sorry it took me some time to have a look at this, but I like to… put off dealing with standards… ☺ In the end, I decided I don’t like the code and rewrote it entirely, separating options processing, simplifying, etc. but thanks anyway! bye, //mirabilos -- FWIW, I'm quite impressed with mksh interactively. I thought it was much *much* more bare bones. But it turns out it beats the living hell out of ksh93 in that respect.
