I agree with Chris. When did apache mirrors were allowed to advertise their 
hosting services through their apache mirror site? I thought mirror operators 
are supporting apache by providing an official mirror, instead of using apache 
mirror as an advertisement oppurtunity?

I am sure we all agree pop-ups are one the most annoying things in the world.
