That is the primary problem. The second problem is the problems it solves
are not that interesting. The minor touchups are atomic commits (a good thing)
and faster branching. But currently, that is about it. I would rather have 
soeen a good refactoring of the CVS code. I can see that it is what I am going 
to get.
