Only expensive dual nic4s exists, get a four port at www.mullet.se instead. I 
have had no problem with those cards, they are dc(4).
Dual Port isnt better than 2 one port.

More Mhz. Not crappy nics, get xl,fxp,dc etc. Or maybe gigabit nics like em(4).
Dont have a crappy mobo chipset and anything over 800 mhz would be able to do 
plenty filterings. I guess a P2 450 could work also..
