I tried putting an nVidia Quadro NVS 280 DH board in my OpenBSD desktop, and couldn't get it working dual-head at all. I know it requires the proprietary nVidia driver crap to use any of the advanced features. I gave up and went back to a Matrox G450.
I've seen pages on using a G450 as two terminals, try googling for that and see where it gets you.
