Just try and make your emails look nice and easy to read if you want other people to read them, especially if you're asking others for help. Before you hit send, read through your email, if it doesn't look good, re-edit until it does. A mess of hundreds of lines of irrelevant quotes with poor line-wrapping is always hard to read, whether your text is written at the top, the bottom, or interspersed with the quoted text.
