It's true that wsdisplay(4) doesn't care, but the imaginary speed is still set in the terminal characteristics and an application can read it and modify its behavior accordingly. Try "stty speed 300" and then run vi(1). -- Christian "naddy" Weisgerber na...@mips.inka.de
