Releases come out very predictably every six months, the next one will be November 1st, snapshots aren't releases, and releases aren't snapshots. In short, no, there is no snapshot that is going to be 5.6 release that you can get some time soon. Close-ish might be available with some work, but the short of what you're asking for isn't how things are done.
