There is no official live image for openbsd. There's install image which runs in ramdisk but this is not usual livecd-like environment.
Thus, install onto disk - usb flash media. There's no difference between usb flash and usual disk install. Read docs, FAQ as it is obvious you have limited knowledge how things work. j.
